Timelines & delivery formats
Understanding what to expect after a session helps you plan your marketing and sales calendar. Here is how our delivery process works, and what formats we provide.
Typical delivery timelines
All timelines below are indicative and based on standard project scope. Specific timelines for your project are confirmed in writing before each session. Complex projects or large volumes may require additional time.
Standard Photography Session
5 to 7 business days
Applies to architectural photography of completed units, common areas, and building exteriors. Includes post-processing and quality review before delivery.
Construction Documentation Visit
3 to 5 business days
Progress documentation photography with consistent framing. Faster turnaround is available for progress reports with urgent deadlines.
Virtual Tour (Single Unit)
7 to 10 business days
Includes 360-degree photography, stitching, navigation setup, hotspot annotation, and quality testing across devices before the link is delivered.
Virtual Tour (Multiple Units)
10 to 15 business days
Multi-unit tour projects require additional processing and coordination. Timeline scales with the number of units and complexity of the navigation structure.
Aerial / Drone Photography
4 to 6 business days
Includes flight coordination, weather contingency planning, and post-processing. Subject to DGAC authorization requirements where applicable.
File formats and delivery specifications
We deliver files in the formats your team actually needs. Standard packages cover the most common use cases, and custom specifications can be accommodated during the briefing.
High-Resolution JPG
Full-resolution files suitable for print, large-format display, and archival purposes. Delivered with minimal compression to preserve detail.
Web-Optimized JPG
Compressed versions sized for website use, email, and digital presentations. Balanced between quality and file size for fast loading.
Web Link (Hosted Tour)
A shareable URL that opens the virtual tour in any browser. No app or plugin required. Embeddable in your website or project microsite.
Embed Code
An iframe embed code that integrates the virtual tour directly into your existing website or sales platform without leaving the page.
Cloud Transfer
All files delivered via secure cloud transfer link. Organized in clearly named folders by location, unit, or project phase as agreed.
RAW Files
Unprocessed camera RAW files available on request for projects requiring full post-production control by your own team or agency.
How the process works
From initial contact to final delivery, here is what the typical project flow looks like.
Step 1
Initial Inquiry and Briefing
You submit a quote request or contact us directly. We schedule a briefing call or meeting to understand your project, objectives, and timeline requirements.
Step 2
Proposal and Confirmation
We prepare a detailed proposal covering scope, timeline, and delivery specifications. Once agreed, the session date is confirmed in writing.
Step 3
Site Coordination
We coordinate access with your site manager or sales team. For construction sites, we confirm safety requirements and access windows in advance.
Step 4
Photography or Virtual Tour Session
The session is carried out according to the agreed brief. We work methodically to cover all required spaces and angles within the scheduled time.
Step 5
Post-Processing and Quality Review
Images are processed and reviewed against the brief. Virtual tours are tested across devices before delivery.
Step 6
Delivery and Review Period
Files are delivered via secure transfer. A review period is included for minor adjustments if needed.
